What is Qigong?
Literally meaning 'training the breath', these are exercises which have been developed in China over thousands of years to cultivate Qi (the body's life-force and pronounced 'Chee') and hence promote good health and vitality, freshness of mind and inner peace.
What is T'ai Chi?
'T'ai Chi Chuan', often abbreviated to just 'T'ai Chi', is a martial art that uses Qigong principles. Its soft flowing movements particularly benefit balance, leg strength, coordination and reflexes, posture, breathing, calmness, health and general wellbeing.
Classes and workshops
Paul currently runs regular T'ai Chi classes in Settle. Additionally, he is available for 1-to-1
and regularly runs short courses for interest groups including local
businesses, acupuncture undergraduates and special needs.
